Foran Mining, a Canadian company listed on the TSX and US-OTCQX, is revolutionizing exploration at McIlvenna Bay, a promising copper, zinc, and precious metals project. The technical team could now make crucial field decisions, such as extending or closing drill holes, optimizing sample selection for lab analysis, and identifying mineralized intervals that weren't visible before. This was achieved without expanding the geological team, resulting in improved work quality and overall campaign efficiency.
A remarkable discovery was a 52.6-meter intersection with an average grade of 2.54% copper equivalent in the Tesla zone, including sections reaching 4.65%. This was the highest grade-thickness recorded in the project, analyzed even before full geological logging using Scan data.
